Level 1 is all about:
Understanding the foundations of Reiki
Learning the history and principles of Usui Reiki
Receiving your Level 1 attunement
Hands-on practice for self-treatment and treating others
The Reiki 1 class includes:

GLOW CRAZY MAY DAY EVENT

Celebrate May Day - not by dancing around the may pole, but dancing at Solace under a full moon!
Movement is medicine - different moves release different emotions while helping regulate the nervous system. Feeling stressed or anxious? We are gonna shake! Feeling sadness or depression symptoms? We are going to sway! Feeling frustrated? We are going to ground and stomp! There are more emotions to process and more movements to flow through.
The best part? You are free to move as you wish as we are dancing in the dark. Glow sticks provided - no black light. Just glow!
